This site (https://www.mpgglobal.net) were designed and developed by MPG Global for Customers using its online services. The Platform is owned and operated by MPG Global Company Limited, MPG Global ("MPG Global", "we", "us" and "our").
If you wish to use the Platform or browse the MPG Global Website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform. By accessing, browsing or using the Platform or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1. GENERAL
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) "Affiliates" means any of our direct or indirect parent companies, our direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with us, Millennium Group International Holdings Limited or MPG Global Company Limited.
(b) "Customer" means any person who accesses and uses the Platform.
(c) "Legal Notice and Disclaimer" means the legal notice and disclaimer applicable to the Platform and all matters and services related thereto, a copy of which is accessible via here.
(d) "Privacy Policy" means MPG Global's policy and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data collected in connection with the Platform, a copy of which is accessible via here.
(e) "Product(s)" means any and all products offered for sale on MPG Global as at the time of actual Transaction.
(f) "User Account" means an account that a Customer applied for on the Platform and established after our review and approval to provide more convenience to the Customer in using the Platform.
(g) "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions, the Legal Notice and Disclaimer,and the Privacy Policy.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions incorporate the Legal Notice and Disclaimer, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and as far as the Platform (and all matters and services related thereto) is concerned, these documents shall prevail over any other document including any MPG Global policy purporting to have a contractual effect in the event of conflict.
1.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information to register and create your User Account.
1.4 MPG Global has the absolute discretion to refuse or terminate registration of a User Account by any Customers, and/or to amend or cease operation of MPG Global Website, and any services or functions provided via or in relation to the Platform (in whole or in part), at any time, for any reason whatsoever and without any notice or liability to any Customers.
1.5 You agree that you are responsible for all activities carried out on or through your User Account, and you authorise us to assume that any person using the Platform with your User Account is either you or is authorised to act for you or by you to do so.
1.6 You shall ensure that your password to your User Account is kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorised use, and shall regularly update your password. You shall immediately change your User Account password and notify us if you reasonably suspect that there has been any unauthorized access or use of your User Account and/or disclosure of your User Account password.
1.7 Products and Prices displayed on the Platform are for reference only and are subject to alteration or modification as at the time of actual transaction.
1.8 MPG Global shall make every effort to ensure that Prices, details and sizes of Products detailed on the Platform are up-to-date. MPG Global reserves the right to vary the Price and other details of the Products or range of Products listed on the Platform, without prior notice or any liability.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MPG Global's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. Modify or copy the materials
2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
5. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
1. In order to use the Platform or register with us and create a User Account, it is necessary to provide us with the personal data that is indicated as "mandatory" on the registration page on the Platform. If you are unable or unwilling to provide us with complete and correct personal data that is indicated as "mandatory" on the registration page, we may not be able to register a User Account for you or provide you with some of our services.
2. You expressly agree and acknowledge that all personal data collected by MPG Global shall be managed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Privacy Policy which is accessible here, which may be amended from time to time.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. MPG Global reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice to Customers.
PREVAILING LANGUAGE
1. In the event of any discrepancy in the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
1. Notwithstanding the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance and/or any comparable law in any jurisdiction, these Terms and Conditions are personal to and are made solely for the benefit of the parties to them and shall not create or give any rights to or purport to confer any benefits on any third parties whatsoever. The application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance and/or any comparable law in any jurisdiction giving to or conferring on third parties the right to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded and no terms of these Terms and Conditions are, or are intended to be, enforceable by any person not being a party to them. Notwithstanding the foregoing in this paragraph, third party rights under these Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable by Millennium Group International Holdings Limitedand/or an entity which, as at the time of enforcement, is a direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Millennium Group International Holdings Limited in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance and/or any comparable law in any jurisdiction. The rights of the parties to terminate, rescind, or agree any amendment, waiver, variation or settlement under or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or any term of these Terms and Conditions, are not subject to the consent of any third party (including Millennium Group International Holdings Limited and/or any of the wholly-owned subsidiaries at all times). The term "subsidiary" shall have the same meanings as in section 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) as amended from time to time.
APPLICABLE LAW
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and you and MPG Global agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
GENERAL
1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, it shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions which shall continue in full force and effect.
2. A failure or delay by us to exercise any right or to act upon a breach under these Terms and Conditions will not be a waiver of that right or breach. Any waiver by us of any of our rights or of a breach of these Terms and Conditions must be in writing, and such waiver is limited to the particular right or breach stated in these Terms and Conditions.
3. We have the absolute discretion to make changes to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. A copy of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions is available on the Platform.
4. These Terms and Conditions set out the entire agreement relating to the supply of goods to you by us via the Platform and they supersede all previous negotiations, representations and agreement between the parties.
